This app includes simple and easy to use timer tools for functional fitness workouts.

Metronome: Perfect for fine-tuning running cadence and performing repetitive drills (e.g., hopping place).
Tempo: Designed to provide the tempo and rest time for any resistance exercise. You will never have to count sets or reps again.
Tabata: Perfect for high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts and other time-based activities with a designated work-to-rest ratio.
EMOM: "Every minute on the minute." Set a time interval, which will continue to repeat for a selected number of reps and sets.
1RM: Combines the most accurate formulas to predict true 1-rep max.

With the initial free download, you can use each of the tools above three times before deciding on a purchase or subscription to the app.

We offer the option of a monthly, yearly and one-time subscription of all utilities:

Included with subscription will be frequent updates, revisions/bug-fixes to the current tools, and additional rehab-related utilities as they become available.

For all subscriptions:
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
